Spectacle Frames:

Here we discuss about three subjects:
1. Spectacle frames manufacturers and distributors
2. How to choose spectacle frames for your face
3. Selecting spectacle frames software
Spectacle frames
Spectacle Frames

The spectacle fame you wear may add charm to your personality, if you have selected the right spectacle frames for you. Here we will give you some guideline to choosing matching spectacle frames for your face according to the shape and color of your face.

Spectacle frames for light colored people: If you are fair please avoid dark, heavy styles, cold colors.  Warm colored metals and bronzes are recommended for you. Beige, coffee, brown, gold, peach or color blends of such colors are well suited for you.

Spectacle frames for dark colored people: If you are dark please avoid bright colors

Bear in mind that blue based colors are cool and yellow based colors are warm. Chose the color of the frames based on colors of the skin, eyes and hair.
Before selecting spectacle frames study your face shape the frame shape should complement your face shape. If you have a long nose go for a low-set bridge appears to shorten it. Short nosed persons can choose a style with a high-set bridge. If you have close set eyes then a thin or clear bridge will apt for you. If you have set eyes and you want it closer together then go for a colored bridge.

Face shapes:
Round face: Round faced people have wide forehead, often with full cheeks, a rounded chin, and length and width of the face fairly equal. Making your round face appear thinner and longer makes you more charming. So, try angular narrow eyeglass frames to lengthen the face and geometric shapes, a clear bridge that widens the eyes, and frames that are wider than they are deep, such as a rectangular shape. Please avoid shapes that mirror roundness, whether they are narrow, small or large they will project the roundness of your face, but darker colors can help you to reduce the roundness of your face.
Square face: A square face has strong jaw line, a broad, deep forehead, wide jaw, square chin, and width and length are in the same proportions. Round spectacle frames are apt fore you which made of thin metal to reduce the angular look. Try narrow frame styles, frames that have more width than depth, and narrow ovals.

Bold colors and large patterns will project your facial features, so if you have a large or angular face or facial features bold colors will make it appear increased.

Oval face:
A shape similar to an egg, length is roughly equal to one and a half times the width, this is the well balanced face shape, and having a curving jaw line. You can afford most of the styles and you are the lucky one. You only want to keep the oval's natural balance, spectacle frames that are as wide as the broadest part of the face is good.

Oblong:

Oblong shape is longer than it is wide, but is less angular than a rectangular face and has a long straight cheek line and sometimes a longish nose. Making it shorter is our plan to balance it so please try frames that have more depth than width it will give the illusion that your face is not so long. You can use thick bold frames or thin metal frames to drag attraction.

Base-Down Triangle
This shape has a broader jaw line and has a narrow forehead and wider cheek area. To balance this shape you will make a wider look to the upper part of your face. You can try frames that are heavily accented with color. Choose frames that complimenting your face shape, which is opposite of your shape base up styled frames.

Base-Up Triangle
This shape is also called as heart shape and has a wider top portion and narrower bottom portion. To balance this we must minimize the width of the top. Very light colored wider at the bottom frames and rimless spectacle frames styles.

Diamond
The specialties of diamond shaped face are narrow eye, jaw line, and has a high cheek bone. You may try to highlight the eyes and soften the cheekbones. Choose frames that have a thicker edge on the brow. Bolder colors are apt for you. Oval and semirimless are good selection.

Tips: Remember, if you used to wear one color most of the time, choose a spectacle frame with a compliment color.
Shiny gunmetal or soft shiny brown and shiny light brown colored spectacle frames are most people irrespective of shape or skin tones.

There are no real rules about which face shapes suit which frame. These are only guide lines most of the faces have combination of above face shapes.
